responsive staff great view
The staff were polite and responsive, addressing my needs promptly. I was upgraded to a bigger room with great views because of a minor issue with the initial curtains. I found the location to be good (near many attractions).
I found some missing amenities for a five-star hotel. There was no coffee machine or kettle with tea and coffee in the room.

The hotel boasts high ceilings in the rooms. i had a large room with a sitting area. the rooftop restaurant is a fantastic addition. the location was superb. The hotel is close to the city center.

The spa is big with two saunas. there is also a big swimming pool available . the hotel also offers a rooftop bar and restaurant with great interior design. Everything looks clean and new.

The staff are competent and polite. the check-in process was smooth with great service! the staff provided guidance around the city. They were always on hand. it reminded me of i was very well taken care of .

The reception staff provided smooth check-in. The room had effective air conditioning that maintained a perfect temperature. Breakfast offered many choices. I found the pool area relaxing. Several loungers ensured personal space.
The in-room Wi-Fi signal was sometimes weak, but it wasn't a big issue.

totally awesome spot
awesome amenities spa area excellent breakfast
the building had total elegance. classic modern! rooms were seriously comfy and so clean with awesome amenities, i was not expecting so much. the pool and spa area were super great plus, not that common at hotels. the breakfast rocked too, so so good, i wanted more.
the water bottle had already been opened when i checked in, bummer. the seal was opened already, and tap water filled it, not ideal. after bath time, i could not drain the water because the valve busted, what a drag.

the hotel has a fitness center complete with treadmills, weights, and machines, great for staying active. a large indoor pool allows for swimming laps, and there is a relaxation area with comfy lounge chairs. a sauna and steam room provide options for unwinding after a workout.

The staff was helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a great deploy of all the fruits and yogurts. The shower was high-rise (which I liked).
The water bottle in the room was already opened. The cap's seal indicated it had been opened, and it was filled with tap water. There was only one set of towels, bathrobes, and slippers in the double room. We had to request another set.

peeling paint low shower holder
I gotta say, the room I got was not excellent. The curtains didn't close correctly. They used a wire system. The shower situation was a joke because the holder sat low. Water escaped past the screen easy. the paint peeled off the ceiling so this hotel is far from a 5 stars, I'm sure.
